Meadow is the beginning of our adventure in the Milk Museum with its astonishing visual sensations. There you will meet "colourful" animals, characteristic for Polish dairying industry, and you will also learn how interesting the history of drinking milk and other dairy products is.

History and culture
In this zone you find out about the revolution which milk had to go through before it became a decent product and before other dairy products could be spread on a larger scale. What is more, you will see how art has used the theme of milk over the centuries. For our youngest visitors we have prepared multimedia skill games.

This zone is an imitation of a cowshed, a place used for dairy cattle. You can familiarize yourself with the exhibits placed here, which were once used to make dairy products. You will also have the opportunity to check your milking skills.

The way of milk
It's surprising how many processes have to take place before you reach for a tasty yoghurt in your fridge. In this zone you can track how milk travels from an individual farmer to a direct consumer. The youngest visitors will find entertaining interactive games here, and the older ones will have the chance to find out about the history of Polish dairy community.

Milk bar
Is there anyone who has never been to a Polish milk bar? Don't worry, this zone will make you feel its atmosphere and you will move back to the times of PRL ( Polish People's Republic) when milk and dairy products were one of the elements of the country's policy. While visiting the place, you will be in tears of laughter when you see the fragments of well-known Polish comedies from those times.
